The song is a sensual, hazy love song built around attraction and a shared mood. The chorus, sung by XXXTENTACION, describes dancing so close that he can barely keep his self-control, and it keeps returning to the idea of "vibing" together. The track moves between desire and devotion. Trippie Redd's verse is a plea to someone who might walk away, asking her to stay and to drop her pride. PnB Rock's verse praises her, admits he is falling for her, and mixes physical desire with sincere affection.
The mood stays intoxicated from start to finish, with little narrative progress. The repeated chorus works like a refrain, so the song feels more like a mood than a story. Its key images are physical and sensory. "Eyes roll in my brain" describes a feeling so strong it overwhelms the senses, and "ice on" points to flashy jewelry as a sign of status and attention. The main message is that the feeling matters more than the words, and that the connection between two people is what counts.
